We're excited to introduce our first collaboration in some time. Raise The Tree is a local Christmas tree delivery service that is entering it's sixth season. It's founder (James Trimble, of Dirty Guv'nahs fame) invited us to take the reigns and the timing is so good for our family and our work. We've been seeking a project that would allow a more integrated approach to composing a life. Something that reiterates the fact that all work can be going in the same direction whether that be painting a house, a canvas, writing a song, or caring for our children. We believe that the opportunity to deliver Fraser Firs to our beloved community during the advent season is just that project.
Raise the Tree delivers beautiful premium Fraser Fir Christmas Trees from a nursery in Western North Carolina. We're taking preorders from now to Nov 28 before we rent a UHaul to pick them up and begin deliveries the first week of December. As always, 10% of proceeds will go to local non profits. This year we are highlighting Old North Knoxville Historic District, Toys for Tots, and Knoxville Area Rescue Ministries
NEW: This year Raise the Tree will have a physical location in addition to our delivery service. A display of trees will be at 1241 Armstrong Ave, Knoxville, TN 37917. Market days/bonfire gatherings will be December 5th and 12th 3-6pm. Trees will be for sale nearby at Knox Revival Paint Co. Contact us by an email reply for more information or to pick up a tree.
