This series explores painting as a path of being in the world. Like cave dwellers and their markings, these objects are the documentation of a human (yours truly) striving to create meaning out of her world.

I’m interested in painting as a craft that lights the way to self-actualization: slow drying, without certitude, with an inner subjectivity but an outward groundedness.
